Payment and billing policy
This policy explains how we bill for our services. Your proposal confirms the fees, billing cycle and payment dates for your project.

Currency and prices
We do not publish fixed prices. Every project is a custom quote and the final fee depends on your goals, scope and market, and is confirmed in your proposal. If you need to pay in another currency, ask the team before work starts.
Billing
Monthly services are billed on the cycle set out in your agreement. One-time projects may be billed in stages, such as a deposit, a mid-project payment and a final payment before handover.
Invoices and payment methods
We send an invoice for each payment. Accepted payment methods are shown on your invoice. Please include the invoice number as your payment reference.
Late payments
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received. We will contact you before doing so.
Taxes
Fees do not include any taxes or duties that apply. These will be added where required.
Ad spend and third-party costs
Advertising budgets, software, domains, hosting and similar costs are separate from our fees and paid by you, directly to the platform or provider where possible.
Questions about a bill
If you think an invoice is wrong, email contact@fulfillit.pk within 7 days and we will review it promptly.
